The surface of the molded pallet is flat and smooth, which can meet the transportation of various goods. The lower surface is provided with reinforcing ribs to ensure the balance of vertical and horizontal forces on the board surface. When molding pallets are processed, the raw materials are wood shavings, plant stalks, etc., and the following equipment is used for processing and production:
1. flaker: convert wood particles into shavings;
2. Shavings sorting device: screening the shavings to remove the oversized wood chips and fine powder;
3, dryer: the use of hot dry gas to dry raw materials, and then use the fan to take away the moisture, drying temperature 54.6 ℃;
4, cooling machine: the use of fan to produce air flow in the drum, take away the heat of raw materials;
5. Mixer: Stir dry materials and glue. The glue is controlled by a rubber pump driven by a motor, usually according to the ratio of 14KG raw material to 4KG glue;
6. Distributing machine: Distribute the materials to the paving machines of different presses, and keep the materials uniform in the front and rear directions.
